Calabro Cheese is a family-owned dairy company with strong Italian heritage, founded in 1953 in the United States by Sicilian immigrants Salvatore and Joseph Calabro. They began modestly, producing fresh ricotta and mozzarella for local Italian shops and the community in Connecticut.
