Camden Gentleman's Wit is a Belgian-style witbier brewed by Camden Town Brewery that combines traditional wheat beer characteristics with distinctly British influences. First launched in 2012, it quickly became one of the brewery’s fan-favourite beers and remains one of the most recognizable products in its portfolio.

Inspired by classic Belgian white beers, the recipe is built around wheat malt and traditional witbier brewing techniques, while introducing uniquely British flavours through the addition of bergamot and lemon zest. The result is a refreshing, lightly hazy beer with bright citrus aromas, delicate floral notes, and a subtle spicy finish.

On the palate, Gentleman's Wit offers flavours of lemon, orange peel, coriander, and bergamot, balanced by a smooth body and crisp drinkability. With an alcohol content of 4.3% ABV, it was designed as an easy-drinking yet characterful beer suitable for a wide range of occasions.

Camden Town Brewery describes it as “a Belgian brew with an English accent”, highlighting the combination of continental brewing tradition and British tea-inspired botanicals. Over the years, the beer has received industry recognition, including a silver medal in the Witbier category at the 2016 World Beer Cup.

Its distinctive blend of citrus, wheat, and Earl Grey-inspired aromas has helped establish Gentleman's Wit as one of Camden Town Brewery’s signature beers.
