Ghaid Blend is a specialty coffee blend produced by the Saudi roastery Camel Step Coffee Roasters. It combines beans sourced from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Honduras. According to the producer, the coffees included in the blend are dry or naturally processed. In this method, coffee cherries are dried with their fruit intact, which generally contributes to greater sweetness and a fuller body. The blend was developed to combine the characteristics of three different origins into a balanced flavor profile. Its prominent notes include nuts, chocolate, and almonds. It also displays hints of cinnamon accompanied by delicate floral notes of rose and lavender. Chocolate and nutty flavors form the foundation of the profile, while the floral elements add aromatic complexity. The coffee has a rich, rounded character that pairs well with milk. It is primarily intended for espresso but can also be used for cappuccino, latte, and other milk-based coffee drinks.
