Caravedo Torontel Pisco is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco made exclusively from Torontel grapes, produced at Destilería La Caravedo, the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Americas, founded in 1684. It is distilled once in traditional copper pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV, in accordance with Peruvian pisco regulations, without the addition of water, sugar or flavorings.
The style is distinctly aromatic, with pronounced floral notes, citrus blossom, ripe grape and subtle tropical fruit nuances. On the palate it is expressive yet balanced, combining freshness, natural sweetness and a clean, persistent finish.
This pisco is best enjoyed neat to appreciate its aromatic intensity, but also performs exceptionally well in refined cocktails that highlight its floral character.
