Carne Kudu Biltong is a traditional South African biltong made from the meat of the kudu, a large African antelope. It belongs to the game biltong category and forms part of the premium range produced by Cape Town-based Carne Biltong, which presents it under the slogan Venison Refined.

The product is made from selected lean cuts of kudu meat that are seasoned, cured, and gradually air-dried. This process reduces the moisture content, extends shelf life, and concentrates the meat’s natural game flavour while preserving a pleasant texture.

The product’s quality was recognised with a Gold Award at the 2024 Aurora International Taste Challenge, where it was assessed for its appearance, aroma, flavour, texture, and finish.
