Casa Madero is one of the most historically significant wineries in Latin America and is widely recognized as the oldest continuously operating winery in the Americas, with origins dating back to 1597 in the Parras Valley, Coahuila, Mexico. Its vineyards are located in a unique oasis-like microclimate surrounded by desert, at relatively high altitudes, allowing grapes to retain freshness and balance despite the warm conditions.
