Caseificio Valsamoggia is a family-run dairy established in 1974 in Monteveglio, part of the municipality of Valsamoggia in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Founded by Sigfrido Manzini and his wife Luisa Cocchi, the dairy was created with the aim of preserving traditional cheesemaking skills.
