Iranian Beluga Caviar from Caspian Caviar is obtained from the roe of beluga sturgeon (Huso huso) raised on a farm in Iran, on the shores of the Caspian Sea. Caspian Caviar chose this selection after two years of searching and tasting, with particular attention to egg quality, texture, and flavor.

It features large, light gray eggs that are delicate yet retain a degree of firmness. Its flavor is characterized by rich buttery and creamy notes, with a hint of walnut. The beluga sturgeon from which this caviar is sourced takes approximately 18 years to reach maturity.
