Cellier des Princes is a cooperative winery based in Courthézon in the Southern Rhône Valley, founded in 1925 and today recognized as the only cooperative within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. It was created by local winegrowers who joined forces to protect quality, origin, and reputation at a time when the foundations of the AOC system were being established.
