Cenfrocafe is a coffee producers’ cooperative based in the Cajamarca region in northern Peru, near the border with Ecuador. The organization was founded in 1999 when 11 local associations and around 220 small coffee farmers joined together to collectively organize the production, processing, and export of their coffee.
