Cervejaria Colorado is a pioneering craft brewery founded in 1996 in Ribeirão Preto, a city with a rich brewing tradition. From the very beginning, its approach stood out through the use of native Brazilian ingredients such as manioc, coffee, honey from the native koru-orange citrus, and Brazil nuts.
