Cervezas DouGall’s is a Spanish craft brewery based in Liérganes, Cantabria, founded in 2006 by Andrew Dougall, a British expatriate who brought his passion for traditional British brewing to northern Spain. Considered one of the pioneers of Spain’s modern craft beer movement, the brewery built its reputation on producing fresh, small-batch beers with a strong focus on quality ingredients, particularly carefully selected hops and malts.
