César Márquez is a contemporary boutique winery from Bierzo that represents a new generation of Spanish winemakers with deep family roots in local viticulture. The project is led by César Márquez Pérez, a member of the historic Castro Ventosa family and nephew of renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez, yet with a clearly defined personal style and independent vision.
