Family Reserve from Château Héritage is the estate’s flagship wine, produced from a selection of its best vineyard parcels in the Bekaa Valley, with a focus on depth, structure, and concentration. The blend is based on Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with hand-harvested grapes vinified under controlled conditions to preserve intensity and balance.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months, contributing to its layered aromatic profile and the integration of tannins. Aromatically, it shows dark fruit such as blackberry and plum, alongside notes of chocolate, spice, cedar, and vanilla.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, with firm yet rounded tannins and balanced acidity that supports structure and aging potential. The texture is dense and smooth, with evolving flavors of dried fruit, cinnamon, and licorice.
The finish is long and persistent, marked by warm spice and ripe fruit. As the winery’s top cuvée, Family Reserve represents a concentrated and modern expression of Lebanese terroir, with notable capacity for aging.
