CHIN-SU is a Vietnamese brand of sauces, seasonings and convenience foods owned by Masan Consumer. It was launched in 2002 when the first CHIN-SU soy sauce range was introduced to the Vietnamese market. The brand subsequently expanded into fish sauce, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, satay, seasoning blends and various sauces intended for everyday cooking. Its current portfolio also includes instant noodles, pickled vegetables, frozen foods and complete seasoning mixes. Product development focuses on adapting traditional Vietnamese flavors to large-scale manufacturing. Masan Consumer operates modern industrial facilities with standardized recipes and automated processing and packaging lines. CHIN-SU is not an independent company but one of the most important brands in the Masan Consumer portfolio. Its products are widely available through supermarkets, smaller grocery stores and online retailers across Vietnam. International expansion has been one of its main business priorities since 2023. Selected products have been developed specifically for the Japanese, American and South Korean markets. Chili sauce, fish sauce and fermented soy sauce are among the brand’s principal export products.
