Chocolaterie de Puyricard is a family-owned French chocolate house founded in 1967 by Marie-Anne and Jan-Guy Roelandts in Puyricard, a village near Aix-en-Provence in Provence. The founders were of Belgian origin and began their chocolate-making journey in Congo before settling in southern France, where they opened their first workshop.
