Chili Vodka is a flavored vodka produced by the Montreal-based craft distillery Cirka Distilleries in Canada. The spirit is made from 100% locally grown Quebec corn and follows the distillery’s “grain-to-bottle” philosophy, meaning the entire production process - from fermentation and distillation to bottling - is carried out in-house.

After distillation, the vodka is infused with a blend of chili peppers sourced from Turkey, Peru, and Mexico, giving the spirit a pronounced spicy character and complex aromatic profile. Bottled at 40% ABV, the vodka delivers a noticeable heat level of around 40,000 Scoville units, creating a strong yet balanced sensation of warmth.

The aroma combines spicy and lightly smoky notes, while the palate develops layers of chili heat accompanied by subtle hints of smoke, fruit, cocoa, and coffee. The finish is long and warming, with a distinctive smoky and peppery character.

Chili Vodka is designed primarily for cocktail use, where it adds depth and spice to drinks such as Bloody Caesar variations, Margaritas, or other savory cocktails.
