Cooperativa San Isidro de Mazaleón is an agricultural cooperative based in Mazaleón, in the province of Teruel (Aragón), bringing together local olive and fruit growers for joint processing and commercialization of their products. A central part of its production is extra virgin olive oil certified under the Aceite del Bajo Aragón DOP, obtained through mechanical extraction and cold processing to preserve the authentic profile of the Empeltre variety, which is characteristic of the region.
