Corsiglia is a French family-owned confectionery house based in Aubagne, near Marseille, specializing in glazed chestnuts and other candied products. It was founded in Marseille in 1896 after the Corsiglia family mastered the art of candying fruit associated with the Italian confectionery tradition. In 2002, production was transferred from its historic Marseille workshop to a larger facility in Aubagne, and the family business is now continued by its sixth generation.
