Coteau Rougemont

Sirop d’érable

4.1 ·

Sirop d’érable is a maple syrup produced by Coteau Rougemont, a Canadian company based in Rougemont, Quebec. It comes from Érablière Coteau Rougemont, their maple syrup operation at the summit of Mount Rougemont, where production was established by Claude Robert.

It is made by boiling down maple sap to concentrate its natural sugars. The producer emphasizes an artisanal approach, control at every stage of processing, and inspection of each batch before sale.

Its natural sweetness and characteristic maple flavour make it suitable for serving with pancakes, waffles, yogurt, and fruit, as well as for preparing cakes, marinades, and dressings.
