Creterium is a family-run honey producer based in the Heraklion region of Crete, rooted in a long-standing beekeeping tradition of the Marousis family that dates back to the mid-20th century. The production is based on a nomadic beekeeping approach, where hives are moved across different parts of the island to follow seasonal flowering and take advantage of Crete’s diverse microclimates.
