Crudo is a brand of extra virgin olive oil produced by Olearia Schiralli, a family-owned mill located in Bitetto, in the province of Bari, at the heart of Italy’s Puglia region. The Schiralli family has been dedicated to olive growing since 1922, and thanks to knowledge passed down through generations, they now combine traditional methods with modern olive processing technologies.
