On the fertile soils of Istria, with more than 2,500 olive trees and carefully tended vineyards, CUJ creates premium extra virgin olive oils and wines that reflect the authenticity of the land and the passion of the people behind them. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed in their own mill, preserving the natural aromas, freshness, and richness of indigenous varieties like Istarska Bjelica and Buža.
