Clemente White is a white wine produced by the Damjanić winery in western Istria, typically made as a blend of Malvazija Istarska, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are sourced from vineyards around Fuškulin near Poreč, where the Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils help develop balanced acidity and aromatic complexity.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character, while part of the wine may mature briefly in oak barrels to add texture and depth. The wine shows a bright straw-yellow color and aromas of citrus, white peach and apple, accompanied by subtle floral and herbal notes.

On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with a medium body and lively acidity that enhances its drinkability. The finish is clean and elegant, with delicate fruit and mineral nuances.
