Inedit is a unique beer created by Damm, a renowned brewery based in Barcelona, Spain. It was developed in collaboration with Ferran Adrià and his team of sommeliers at elBulli, a world-famous and now-closed restaurant.

Launched in 2008, Inedit was specifically designed to pair with a wide variety of culinary dishes, breaking traditional boundaries that limited beer pairings to certain types of food.
