De lo Nuestro Artesano is a family-run food producer based in Carracedelo, in Spain’s El Bierzo region. María Antonia Sernández López and Raúl Valcarce began making preserves in 1986, using peppers, cherries, chestnuts, and tomatoes grown on their own land. As the business expanded, they began sourcing ingredients from other farmers and opened their current production facility and shop in Carracedelo in 2000.
