Single Origin 75% Dark Chocolate – Tanzania is a bean-to-bar dark chocolate produced by Dedicated Chocolate using organically certified cacao beans sourced from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili works with more than 3,000 smallholder farmers and employs centralized fermentation to ensure consistent bean quality while paying farmers premium prices for their harvests. Containing 75% cocoa, the chocolate is crafted in small batches to preserve the distinctive characteristics of its origin. Each bean is carefully hand-selected and lightly roasted to highlight its natural flavor complexity before being transformed into chocolate entirely in Hong Kong.
