Dehesa El Molinillo is a prestigious producer of extra virgin olive oil from the heart of Spain, specifically from Retuerta del Bullaque in the province of Ciudad Real. Located on an estate spanning approximately 4,200 hectares in the Montes de Toledo area, near the Cabañeros National Park, it combines olive groves, pastures, vineyards, and woodlands, creating a unique ecosystem while preserving biodiversity. Their Coratina extra virgin olive oils—harvested early and cold-extracted in a state-of-the-art mill located directly on the estate—have become their most awarded product.
