Del Campo “El Lácara” is an agricultural cooperative founded in 1984 in the town of Cordobilla de Lácara, located in the heart of the ecological and historical region of Extremadura (Badajoz). The cooperative manages around 1,300 to 1,600 hectares of olive groves, almost entirely under organic cultivation. Its production is based exclusively on organic extra virgin monovarietal olive oil, obtained through cold extraction methods, without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or irrigation—the trees are watered only by rainwater, and fertilized with ash, manure, and minerals.
