Destilaria Sharish Gin is a Portuguese distillery located in Reguengos de Monsaraz in the Alentejo region, founded by António Cuco. The project began in 2013, when the founder started experimenting with gin recipes inspired by local ingredients and regional flavors, and commercial production followed shortly after.
