Difat Ziz is an organization founded in the city of Erfoud, in southeastern Morocco, with the aim of uniting local cooperatives and date producers from the Ziz Valley - one of the country’s most renowned areas for date palm cultivation. Difat Ziz operates as a collective model that connects more than thirty agricultural cooperatives to strengthen competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of the date sector.
