Ditsem Karoo Deli Game Biltong is a traditional South African game biltong produced in the Karoo region. It is made from high-quality springbok and kudu meat, sourced from two of South Africa’s most distinctive antelope species.

The selected meat is carefully seasoned and then naturally air-dried, reducing its moisture content and concentrating its natural flavours.

Game Biltong has an intense, natural, and mildly earthy game flavour, accompanied by the firm texture of traditional biltong. It can be enjoyed on its own as a meat snack or served with beer, red wine, hard cheeses, and nuts.
