Dohba is an artisanal mezcal brand from Silacayoápam, in the Mixteca region of the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Its production draws on the expertise of master mezcalero Manuel González and a tradition passed down through three generations of his family, although the brand’s founding year is not specified.

The range includes Espadín, Mexicano, and Ensamble, which combines Mexicano and Papalometl agaves. The agave hearts are roasted in conical ovens lined with volcanic stone, then mechanically shredded, fermented in oak vats, and double-distilled in a copper still. The brand also pays particular attention to its packaging: each bottle is individually hand-blown from recycled glass in Tonalá, Jalisco, giving every piece its own distinctive appearance. The bottles are sealed with biodegradable sealing wax made from natural waxes and resins.

Its identity brings together family heritage, local production, and handcrafted packaging.
