Doi Chaang Peaberry Classic is a 100% Arabica single-origin coffee made from carefully selected peaberry beans grown in the Doi Chaang region of Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. Peaberry beans are a natural mutation in which only one round bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two flat-sided beans, making up only about 5% of the total harvest. The coffee is medium roasted to highlight its naturally smooth, mellow character and distinctive fruity aroma. It offers a well-balanced cup with gentle fruit acidity, a smooth body, and a clean finish, making it suitable for a variety of brewing methods, particularly as a hot brew. Produced from high-altitude coffee grown in the Doi Chaang region, Peaberry Classic reflects the unique characteristics of Thai specialty Arabica and is one of the company's most recognized premium coffees.
