Producer
Domaine de Gerbaud is a small family producer of extra virgin olive oil from Lourmarin in Provence, cultivating around 1,200 trees of traditional local varieties such as Aglandau, Salonenque, and Grossane across nine hectares of organically certified groves. The olives are hand-harvested in November and December and cold-pressed immediately after picking to preserve their natural aromas, polyphenols, and nutritional value.
By controlling the entire process - from cultivation to bottling - Domaine de Gerbaud achieves an olive oil with a distinctly green, herbal, and grassy profile, complemented by notes of almond, apple, artichoke, and a gently peppery finish. The oil carries the AOP Provence and organic certifications, guaranteeing its geographic origin and adherence to strict sustainable production standards.
