Grand Cuvée from Domaine Lepovo is one of the estate’s signature red wines, produced in small batches from carefully selected varieties, typically Vranac, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The grapes come from hillside parcels where warm days, cool nights, and sandy–carbonate soils create ideal conditions for deep color, concentrated aromas, and balanced structure.

Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, followed by aging in oak barrels, which adds depth, subtle spice, and a polished texture. The aroma opens with black cherry, ripe plum, and blackberry, supported by hints of cocoa, vanilla, and gentle earthy nuances.

On the palate it is full, warm, and well-structured, with ripe tannins and a clean line of freshness that carries the wine into a long, harmonious finish. Grand Cuvée is well suited for cellaring, developing greater complexity and elegance over time, and stylistically it combines local character with an international level of refinement, confirming Domaine Lepovo’s ambition to create premium wines with a strong sense of place.
