Cœur de Domaines Rouge is one of the flagship wines of Domaines Rouvinez, created from a blend of three emblematic Valais grape varieties: Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, and Syrah. The grapes are sourced from some of the family’s finest vineyard parcels, including Clos de Montibeux, Ardévaz, and Crêta-Plan, each contributing its own distinctive character to the final blend.

The wine is aged for 12 months in large Swiss oak foudres, allowing it to develop complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit. Deep garnet in color, it reveals expressive aromas of morello cherry, blackcurrant, and sweet spices, complemented by subtle toasted and smoky nuances.

On the palate, it is rich and elegant, with supple, well-integrated tannins and a harmonious balance between fruit concentration and freshness. Layers of ripe red and dark berries unfold gradually, leading to a long, refined finish marked by depth and finesse.
