Premium Chestnut Honey is a Hungarian chestnut honey from Dr Honey’s range of single-flower honeys. It is harvested during the chestnut flowering season and is neither pasteurised nor finely filtered.

Its colour ranges from yellow-amber to dark brown. It crystallises very slowly and may remain liquid for a long time. It has an intense aroma and a persistent flavour with a pronounced bitter note. It pairs well with medium-aged and mature cheeses, particularly Parmesan, Grana and aged goat’s cheese.
