Dumfries Maples is a family-owned farm located in Dumfries, New Brunswick, in the Saint John River Valley, where authentic maple syrup has been produced for decades. The farm was founded in 1998, when the Scott family revived the tradition of maple sap collection on their ancestral land, gradually developing it into a modern yet artisanal operation.
