Heirloom Blend from Eden Ciders is their most renowned dessert release, crafted using the cryo-concentration method to intensify the sugars and aromas before fermentation. This Ice Cider contains around 10% ABV and is made from more than 15 heirloom apple varieties from Vermont, including Esopus Spitzenberg, Calville Blanc, Hudson’s Golden Gem, Roxbury Russet, Blue Pearmain, Baldwin, and others.

The result is a rich and layered profile where sweetness is perfectly balanced by the natural acidity of the apple. The aroma reveals notes of baked apples, pineapple, citrus, and turbinado sugar, while the texture is dense and wine-like, with a long and complex finish.
