Efe Alkollü İçecekler is a Turkish producer of rakı and one of the first private companies to begin production following the liberalization of Türkiye's alcoholic beverages market. Its production is based on traditional rakı-making methods, including the use of suma, a grape distillate, aniseed, and distillation in copper alembic stills. Over the years, the company has developed a broad portfolio that includes traditional rakı, expressions produced exclusively from fresh grape distillate, and varieties matured in oak casks. In addition to rakı, Efe Alkollü İçecekler produces other alcoholic beverages and distributes its products both in Türkiye and in international markets.
