Pimiento del Piquillo de Lodosa Enteros Extra is a preserved pepper product produced by El Navarrico using piquillo peppers grown in the Navarra region of northern Spain. The peppers carry the protected designation Pimiento del Piquillo de Lodosa, which certifies their geographical origin and traditional processing methods.

They are harvested when fully ripe and roasted over an open flame, a process that gives them their characteristic lightly smoky aroma and soft texture. After roasting, the peppers are peeled by hand without washing them with water, allowing their natural flavor and aroma to remain intact.

They are known for their bright red color, triangular shape and balanced sweet flavor with subtle smoky notes. In Spanish cuisine, piquillo peppers are often served as tapas, used as a garnish or filled with ingredients such as seafood, meat or cheese.

Their protected origin and traditional preparation make them one of the most characteristic preserved vegetable products from Navarra.
