Alfajores El Rodeo was born in 1979 in the heart of Catamarca, out of the love and dedication of Deodoro Salado and his wife Toti Greco. Their vision was simple—to create a confection that carried the spirit of homemade tradition, and the result was alfajores that still embody warmth and authenticity today.
