Eland Butchery is a family-owned butcher shop located in the Witfield neighbourhood of Boksburg, in South Africa’s Gauteng province. Established in 1969, it is now operated by the third generation of the family and has more than half a century of experience in meat processing and retail.

Its selection is based on fresh, hand-selected meat sourced from trusted South African suppliers, with particular emphasis on traceability. The range includes various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken, as well as an extensive selection of venison and other game meats. It also offers minced meat, steaks, cuts for stews and potjie, patties, sausages, and products prepared for a traditional South African braai.

Biltong and other dried meat specialities form an important part of its production, including beef and bacon biltong, droëwors, cabanossi, pepperoni sticks, and game-meat varieties. Eland Butchery aims to maintain its position as a specialised family butcher known for quality meat and game products.
