Elasun Mermeladas Artesanas is a small artisanal company from Barbastro in the Somontano region of Spain, founded more than twenty years ago by sisters Ángela and Asunción Berroy, who began making their first jams in their home kitchens before expanding production into a small workshop. The brand is known for its handcrafted jams and marmalades made from carefully selected seasonal fruits and vegetables, without artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
