EnKardia Traditional is an extra virgin olive oil produced from indigenous olive varieties Koroneiki, Mourtolia, Athinolia, and Asprolia, grown in a family-owned olive grove in the Laconia region of the Peloponnese, Greece. The oil is characterized by a low acidity of 0.4% and a richness in polyphenols, contributing to its antioxidant properties. It has a fruity aroma and a balanced taste, with mild bitterness and spiciness, making it suitable for everyday use in a Mediterranean diet.
