Omnibus Lector Chardonnay is one of Erdevik’s signature wines, crafted in a Burgundy-inspired style that emphasizes the richness and complexity of the Chardonnay grape. It is made from 100% estate-grown fruit from Fruška Gora, where mineral soils and sun-exposed slopes shape its expressive character.

Fermentation and aging in oak barrels develop a layered aromatic profile, combining ripe notes of pineapple, mango, and yellow stone fruit with subtle hints of vanilla, buttered biscuit, and gentle toastiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rounded, and creamy, balanced by refreshing acidity that lifts the wine and adds precision.

A clear mineral streak carries through to the long, elegant finish. Omnibus Lector has notable aging potential and pairs especially well with seafood, fish dishes, white meats, and richer, creamy preparations.
