Eretz Gshur is a producer of extra virgin olive oil located in the southern Golan Heights of Israel, cultivating around 136 hectares of groves with both local and international olive varieties such as Barnea, Souri, Arbequina, Picual, Koroneiki, Leccino, and Coratina. The olives are mechanically harvested and transported to the mill within a few hours, preserving freshness and preventing oxidation.
