Bodegas Exopto is a Rioja-based winery founded as a personal project by French winemaker Tom Puyaubert, who moved to Spain with the aim of producing terroir-driven wines free from rigid stylistic conventions. The name Exopto comes from Latin and means “to strongly desire” reflecting a philosophy focused on intention, precision, and respect for origin rather than formulaic winemaking.
