Fahd Al-Qunun Northern Sidr Honey is a Saudi monofloral Sidr honey produced from the nectar of wild Sidr tree blossoms (Ziziphus sp.). It originates from the natural depressions and plains surrounding the town of Linah, north of the Hail region, and is typically harvested during a limited season from late July to early September.

The honey is obtained from apiaries placed in natural areas abundant in wild Sidr trees. It is produced in small, seasonally limited quantities without additives or intensive processing that could alter its natural characteristics.

Northern Sidr Honey has a golden-to-amber color, a thick and viscous texture, a pronounced floral aroma, and a rich, rounded sweetness. It can be enjoyed on its own, used as a natural sweetener, or served with pastries, yogurt, cheese, nuts, and traditional Arabian desserts.
